Codec: H.264
Frame Size: 1280 x 720 ( ie 720P HD )
Picture Aspect Ratio: 16:9
Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square Pixels
Frame based or Progressive encoding ( ie not field based / interlaced ).

Please give your video file to Caroline on a USB stick / hard drive.
