Sample video post using vPIP wordpress plug-in.

Steps :
Create image for video – using quicktime pro to export a picture from within the video.
Use wordpress uploader to upload image and video.
Drag both files from uploader into ‘write post’ window – where their new URLs are revealed.
( visual rich editor must be turned off for this )
Copy these URLs into relevant places in vPIP window, then press ‘generate code’.
Copy generated code into blog post.
